We answer support personally. Response times may vary during high-volume periods, but we aim to reply the same day. For urgent delivery-day claims involving livestock or live plants, Start a Claim is the fastest and most complete route because it collects your photos and order details directly.

Including the right details upfront helps us get back to you faster.
For DOA or damaged livestock or live plants, submit through Start a Claim rather than email — the claim form is set up to accept photos and ensures your submission is complete.
Livestock or Plants Arrived Dead or Damaged?
If livestock or live plants arrived dead or clearly non-viable, Start a Claim is the correct route. It collects your photos and order details in one submission.
- Livestock (shrimp, snails, fish): Photograph in the original sealed bag before opening, acclimating, or disposing of anything.
- Live plants: Photograph with the original packaging visible before any trimming, replanting, or treatment.
Submit your claim on the day of delivery. If your package arrives late in the evening, submit as soon as possible and no later than the following morning. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible.
