Live Arrival Guarantee

At Razz Aquatics, we guarantee your livestock will arrive alive and in healthy condition.

 

If any livestock arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery.
  2. Email photos to: info@razzaquatics.com
  3. Include your order number.

Approved claims will receive:

  • Store Credit (preferred option), OR
  • replacement livestock (buyer pays shipping), OR
  • Refund for livestock only (shipping not included)

 

Conditions

  • Someone must be available to receive the package on first delivery attempt.
  • We do not cover losses due to:
  1. Delayed pickup
  2. Incorrect shipping address
  3. Improper acclimation

We recommend drip acclimation for all shrimp purchases.
