My order ran into a major shipping issue with FedEx, resulting in a delay that was completely outside the seller’s control. What impressed me most wasn’t the problem itself, but how Razz handled it.

First shipment received and all the shrimp were dead as we experienced a heat wave of temps 100-106. They didn't have a chance. However, Razz stood behind their promise to replace. But since this heat wave continued it was about 2 months before the weather cooperated and they were able to ship them. Both shipments came expertly packaged both times and the shrimp were healthy on second try. Thanks to Razz for great and personable customer service. Will buy again from them for sure!!!
The Amono shrimp are tiny. I bought them for my rainbow shiner / Hillstream loach tank. Not an aggressive tank. Will do my best to hide them in the grass, but these things may wind up being an expensive snack for rainbow shiners. I was disappointed with the size.
On a positive note, they showed up healthy and very active. The little guys looked good.
Was contacted with a problem with what I ordered. Asked if I wanted a replacement type. I asked for their recommendation and what I got was i think better than what I originally ordered. The strawberry rasboras were so full of color and healthy. Thank you. Your choice was a outstanding pick.

Fish and snails arrived healthy! Placed my order for fish and after decided I wanted four snails. E- mailed them and they happily added to my order. Highly recommend this company for all your needs.
Customer service response is good but that said - I ordered the skittles pack and paid more than any other hobbiest bc it said colorful and high quality. I literally got orange and clear that’s it, and only had 18 live shrimp upon arrival (they sent 24) and had more die during the 4hour acclimation. TDS and ammonia were extremely high upon arrival as well. Very disappointing. There are so many better options for half the price with beautiful color and variety.
All but 2 were dead. Did not get a pic. Water was close to boiling. Last 2 didn't make it. After contacting Razz Aquatics they made things right. They sent replacements with the order of fish I had in. I was really surprised because I didn't expect it. Thank you Razz Aquatics faith in online shopping for my aquarium(S) restored.. Which is important to me as selection around here is limited.

I ordered 4 chocolate rabbit snails, and all arrived alive and very active they adjusted to the tank quite well and have made me very happy with my choice of snail!
Navigating the site was easy, as was the purchase process. Shrimp were well packaged and arrived in great shape when expected.
Razz is a outstanding shop. They found a problem with my shipping address contacted me to get it fixed and within 16 hours i had my products. All fish were healthy and happy. I did have 1 d.o.a. shrimp but there were extras in bag so i was happy. Thanks you for the great customer service..
All the shrimp arrived healthy and swimming around. Vibrant red coloring. Had 11 shrimp and two tiny babies. After a week, I only see about 5-6 but there are plenty of plants and leaves for them to be hiding under. I’m sure they are in there somewhere! Thank you combining my shipping on an extra order that I put in a couple days later!! Will look forward to doing business again in the future!

Bought some Strawberry Rasbora’s and Zebra thorn nerite snails and have not been disappointed at all. Especially with the over all process from buying to shipping to receiving and they even help with acclimation by walking you through it via a card that tells you how to acclimate via barney styled break down. You definitely cannot go wrong with Razz’s Aquatics!! Literally 🤌🏻🤌🏻🔥
I have purchased several times from Razz Aquatics and the service has been exceptional every time! Great packaging and lively, healthy plants, shrimp, fish, and snails! My most recent purchase has been a group of Pygmy Cory's. They are so lively, cute, and curious! I am really enjoying watching them!
I also purchased a yellow racer nerite snail. I have had a zebra nerite snail before, but I thought it was kind of boring. This yellow racer moves around a lot faster and his stripes are beautiful! I am so happy Razz offers yellow racers because they aren't that easy to find.
One of the many things I appreciate is that Razz quarantines their fish, which reduces my worry about receiving unhealthy new pets to add to my community.
