Will plecos keep my tank clean?
Plecos and catfish can help graze surfaces, but they do not replace water changes, algae management, or proper feeding. Many need supplemental foods.
Do plecos need driftwood?

Are Otocinclus good algae eaters?
Otocinclus can be excellent gentle grazers in mature planted tanks, but they need stable water and should not be added to brand-new aquariums.
Can plecos live with shrimp?
