Before your livestock arrives, confirm your tank's pH, temperature, and hardness match the species requirements. Healthy parameters = healthy animals.

Use airline tubing to drip aquarium water into the bag at 2–3 drops/sec for 1–3 hours. Never dump bag water into your tank.

When do you ship live livestock?
We ship livestock Monday and Tuesday only to avoid weekend carrier holds. Orders placed after 6am CST Tuesday ship the following week.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free overnight shipping on all orders over $200. Otherwise, rates start at $11.95 for UPS Ground (plants/dry goods only) up to $41.95 for overnight.
What if my livestock arrives dead?
Take 2–3 photos inside the original sealed bag and email info@razzaquatics.com within 4 hours of delivery. We'll reship for free or issue a refund.
My shrimp look pale after arrival — is that normal?
Completely normal. Shrimp pale out under shipping stress. Full color returns within 1–3 days once they settle into your tank.
Do you send extra shrimp?
Yes, we always include extras in every shrimp order as a buffer against transit losses. Extras are not covered by the guarantee but are there to protect your order.
How long do snails take to open up after arrival?
Snails often arrive tucked into their shells — it's normal stress behavior. Give them 48 hours in your tank and they'll start exploring on their own.
